Brief & Design
Site visit (or photo/plan exchange), identification of technical constraints, definition of the desired atmosphere. Detailed quote within 5 working days.

Sign-off & 40% Deposit
Signature of the order form. The 40% deposit triggers the start of production. Lead times run from this point.

Workshop Production
All pieces are crafted in the Sel d'Embrun workshop in Riorges. A technical confirmation is sent at the halfway point for approval before delivery.

Delivery & Installation
On-site delivery with installation where required. Coordination with your other contractors. Care instructions provided at handover.
05
Handover & Aftercare
Project handover with final photos. Available for 30 days after delivery for any adjustments.
Craftsmanship
Solid wood, natural pigments, protective varnish. No real metal. The realism is created entirely by hand.

Do you handle M1 fire-retardant certification for restaurant and hotel projects?
Yes. Every element intended for an ERP (establishment open to the public) receives M1 fire-retardant treatment as standard. A certificate is issued for each piece and included in your project file.
What is the lead time for a full commercial fit-out?
Lead times depend on the scope of the project. A detailed quote with confirmed production and delivery dates is provided within 5 working days of your brief. Production begins on receipt of the 40% deposit.
Can you coordinate with our architect or other contractors?
Absolutely. Camille works regularly alongside architects, interior designers and site managers. A technical dossier is produced for each project to facilitate coordination.
Do you work outside the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes region?
Yes. Projects have been completed across France. Delivery and installation are available nationwide. Contact us to discuss logistics for your location.
